Attentive and friendly hotel staff with nicely remodelled room though a bit less spacious. Would definitely be back for a larger room. "

"A beautiful hotel - we loved our Executive Room which was very large and comfy, and had a lovely view of the city skyline. Sebastian, the concierge, was outstanding! A true professional - he answered all of our questions, going above and beyond to assist every day. Only downside- there are no eateries near the hotel - fortunately there is a good breakfast buffet at the hotel."

"We booked a club double room, which was perfect for ourselves. It was of a adequate size and a great ensuite shower. Our room wasn't in the main hotel, but in, part of the hotel opposite. (Just over the road) but with the same standard. The room was clean, quiet and it had everything in it we needed and more, even a Microwave! The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day, so we could explore further. The hotel is perfectly situated approx 7 mins walk from Paddington station, and with a few small restaurants and convenience stores around if needed. "
