The apartment was very clean. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We had a wonderful time.

Feels like you're going into someone's home; there is a fairly large office on the ground floor than stairs leading up to your rooms; very clean and well decorated; Only about 17 rooms with maybe 3 on each landing as the building is 6 stories high but narrow (part of a larger complex; but rented separate). As there is no 'lift' it could be a problem for some to climb if on a higher floor. My room was on the 2nd floor so was manageable and I'm a senior. Room was comfortable; good use of small...

Very nicely located hotel. No elevator. Close to Noting Hill and Hyde park. Not far from the tube station.

Great staff, room with daily room service, room is big enough for me. No elevator but no issues , no AC but it’s already cold for me when I get there so no issues. Overall excellent stay, location is a minute away from Paddington train station .

This was an awesome place to stay if you are looking for a no-frills hotel. My room did have a small kitchenette which was extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. I loved the fact that they had air-conditioning as well. I'm from Texas and I am used to being able to easily control the climate of my room

Arrived early morning after a long flight from the USA and desk staff was able to get my room ready and checked in before noon without any additional charge.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located to the main attractions, shops and great international food. The cleaning lady was incredibly helpful and so polite. Our room was small, cozy and really quiet. Wish the hotel had shared areas, a garden or a small kitchen to utilize but it did not so that may it a bit of a challenge with a kiddo. Other than this, our stay was comfortable and decent.

The 3 person room was very clean and the host was really friendly. Food options if you like Indian and Turkish food. Also, fairly close to a train station.

It was a wonderful, clean and nicely located unit. the cons: we were given a unit lower than street level, so low light. also, it was difficult to manage with suitcases using the somewhat narrow staircase to the level below. if you are not used to handling suitcases, this will be a little challenging. other than that, lovely place.

Lots of food options nearby, quieter location. Felt safe during our stay, staff was very attentive and kind. Would stay again!

Absolutely an amazing stay! The stsff ate quite friendly and I appreciated being able to store my luggage after checkout for the entire day in the luggage room... for free! Very clean & essy to navigate to. Its about a 10min walk to a couple of train stations & 10 mins from the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge. I'd definitely stay here again!!!

Thank you
