"This is a pretty basic hotel. It is clean and the reception staff is very helpful.
The cleaning staff seem to be always in the hallways, and sometimes would knock on the door I believe to see if i needed anything but were difficult to hear or understand.
They offer a big English breakfast, which is reasonable, but I would have preferred a smaller, "continental" breakfast, where I could have what I want as there is no way I could or would eat all that. I found it annoying ot have to go out to find a place for breakfast. They do have tea or instant coffee in the room.
The bottom line is, considering the price of hotels in London, this is good value and fairly central, near the buses and tubes."
