"We really enjoyed our stay in this house -- very clean and comfortable. The hosts thoughtfully provided nearly everything we needed. The pool was wonderful! We loved the pool table and juke box too. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfy. And we really liked the kitchen space for cooking and eating and just hanging out. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Thank you for such a nice home away from home."

"Wonderful spacious home! Super comfy beds. Immaculately clean. It was cold while we were on vacation so we didn’t get to use the pool. I didn’t realize we needed to pay per night for it to be heated. Totally my mistake though since it says it in the listing. Would definitely stay there again!!"

"We enjoyed the spacious home and pool. Communication with Nathan was excellent. The pool deck needs to be repainted and the driveway needs repaving but Nathan says these are things on his to do list, and they didn't get in the way of our 4rth of July stay. We visit St. Pete often and will definitely rent from Nathan again!"
