"Pros: very well located in downtown, easy to get public transport from there. Rooms were clean and well managed. Cons: Hotel front lobby basically works as a small parking lot, which is not included. It charges 10$ for 30 mins for first hour and then more. "

"This hotel is nice and clean, and the room was very spacious. I did like that it was really close to Levi Stadium where the concert I was attending was and parking was free. The one thing I did not like is that breakfast was extra and that 150 deposit was put on my credit card although it was stated on the site when I booked so I could plan for it. "

"Although a frequent traveler to San Francisco, this was my first stay at the Grand Hyatt, and I wasn't disappointed. From check-in to check-out my stay was very nice. Friendly customer service, comfortable room and clean throughout the property. Cool on-site lounge/cocktail bar, although I wish the roof were accessible to guests w/ a bar up there, too.
