6/10 Okay

"First, the hotel is not for families because they don't provide food for kids. Second, the adult was smoking in the activities area as if it were nothing, but they don't any prohibited sign anywhere. Third, we have to wait until 6 o’clock for the room to be ready, and when they give us the phone for service, it never works. The room service didn't pass through the room for cleaning, and I had to be texting all the time with the guy who processed our check-in. And the bartenders have to be trained because most of them didn't know how to make a real margarita. Therefore, the only thing that I consider good is the activities that they did during the day."

"I'd like to start by saying, the entertainment group especially Cristoval and Juan were amazing people. Funny, friendly, great dancers, overall they were a great time to be around. The people here, the staff are so nice, respectful and humbled. They treat you and talk to you like family. The pool was always a blast with different events each day including a foam party. I got to meet great people here. The things that sucked about it were, the first room we were in was full of mosquitoes. Even had babies in the shower! The AC broke the 2nd night. Thankfully they moved us to another room which was much cleaner and the shower was clean! Also, not every restaurant had great food. It was okay. The staff always made it better though. My rating would be like a 3.5."

"Overall, the property and staff were great. The place is extremely clean. The food is 3/5 but kind of expected being all inclusive. The pools are amazing and the help at the pools is five star. The one negative is the amount of pressure the Hotel puts on you to join their Legendary program. They are relentless to the point where you want to scream."

"Had a great time however definitely a couple things that I would change! The premium club seems a bit aggressive in my opinion. On the second day we had someone from this premium club join us for breakfast which honestly I did not want because it is unnecessaryand so awkward. They meet you and will literally talk to you about everything but the price of this membership. Total waste of time and honestly did not want my vacation to start of this way. On the first day, we saw our room which had 2 double beds instead of a king bed which was unfortunate because my husband and I were there to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary and did not think we would need to sleep separately. That being said I had reached out to the resort prior as well letting them know about our anniversary. This room was also old, there were spaces between the floorboards as well as what looked like tape between the walls behind the headboard of the bed. Our 11 month old could not crawl on the floor because of the spaces in the floorboard. We went and spoke to reception who basically told us a king bed isn't promised. I wasn't impressed by this receptionist. His attitude was baffling and made it seem like he did us a favour by putting us in a king bedroom for the next day. The next room we were in was way better. Mercedes, our room cleaner was amazing and so was Mike's Cafe! Wander, the waiter at the Italian restaurant was also amazing! The food at the resort was fantastic as well."

"I like the surroundings, the shows, the food and the ambience. The staff was very helpful because during arrival specially Diliany and Ladinia. What i didnt like was the room furniture looks old and inside has filtrarion from the roof. Also the japanese and italian restaurant were amazingly hot inside and everybody was seeating. At least i didnt feel that the staff manage the transfer to the Royalton Splash, because anybody told me that a trolly was available."
