"After contacting the host 3 times, we arrived at the property and could not get in. We presumed the 24 hr concierge would have our details. No, we rang VRBO and we were on the call for 2hours sat outside the property till 6pm. We had to find alternative accommodation when London had the Marathon & 2 Football Semi Finals on, worst experience ever ."

"This property ended up what I would call a “ghost property” as there was virtually no communication with the host, no key access, absolutely nothing. The “host” cancelled our reservation the day we were to start our stay saying we didn’t meet the minimum age requirement of 18. My husband and I are seniors and were left looking for alternative accommodation 3500 miles from home. If this property is still listed avoid at all costs."

"Apartment was great and in a good area for access to central and south London. Check in process was a little complicated but someone came to help us within minutes which was great. Overall a great stay"
