"Visited London before heading out to a wedding venue. Arrived, easy to check in. Property was mostly surface clean, but needs a lot of improvements. Carpets stained in both bedrooms. Holes in walls where stuff was once mounted, stickers on furniture of old kids room. Mattress in small room was extremely worn out. Issues reported: Patio door stuck open. Manager came and got it closed but did not use the rest of the time, several lighting issues, one being in small bathroom where daughter had to use a cell phone for lighting. One suggestion is have a binder with property details (especially for abroad travelers) that provides info on how certain things work, such as door locks, lights and such. Overall: It provides a safe place to sleep, but unless improvements are made, would not stay again."

"Our stay was nice and comfortable. My grandma used a wheelchair and they places us in the first floor close to the entrance. I would say that the location is a little bit far from popular landmarks. We like to take the bus to see more of the streets so it was okay for us and also there are couple of dining options which I feel like the prices were pretty good. Overall the stay was fine! "
