"Located in the heart of Batel which is one of the most upscale neighborhood of the city, has restaurants, bars, shopping, public transportation, pharmacies even hospitals near by only 15 minutes from downtown by foot if you like to walk, some of the rooms are very nice with privet balcony in the top floors. Great breakfast buffet. Overall great cost benefit for what you pay, highly recommend."

"Nothing special, same level as Ibis for example. Cost benefit if you're looking to save some money. Towels were super dry and old, AC was noisy, but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable."

"The room had a horrible smell of cleaning product The bedsheets smelled dirty The hotel was very noisy because the guests which arrived around 2am. The hotel is very outdated. The buffet for breakfast was not good enough. I stayed at this same hotel about 6 years ago, but this new experience in 2022 was very disappointing "

"Posted pictures greatly differ from actual rooms. But the biggest problem is that they mistakenly gave a key to my room to someone checking in. At midnight, this person open my room door while I was sleeping inside with my kids. This is really the worst thing you could have from a hotel service."

"O hotel em geral é bom. Cama confortável e chuveiro bom. Chegamos mais cedo do horário programado para o check in e os staffs não permitiram a nossa entrada mesmo com quarto disponível. Tivemos que pagar parte de uma diária + 5%. Como estávamos cansados do voo, pagamos o valor que nos foi cobrado. A grande maioria dos hotéis são mais maleáveis quanto ao check in mais cedo, caso haja disponibilidade sem cobrança. O que não foi ocorreu. "
