"The cabin is beautiful, right on the water. It's rustic and I wouldn't want to explore MDI in other way! We had a baby with us, but his afternoon naps and early morning risings. were much more enjoyable with the beautiful view from the cabin. "

"Location is amazing-close to Bar Harbor/Acadia. Very clean. Top notch appliances. Beds are comfortable. Very responsive host and even had the opportunity to check in early. The views are amazing with beach access on property. Great deck for watching the water-even saw a whale from the property. Highly recommend."

"Couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, clean home....the kitchen was really well equipped.....we were amazed at all of the gadgets and spices! Just like home (or better!) Kathie was very nice, friendly and available when needed. "

"What an incredible place! From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left- we felt like we were just there visiting family. Check-in was super straight-forward and easy, and the layout of the house immediately made sense. Being tucked away in a slower paced area was a good break from our busy visits to Bar Harbor. Really enjoyed Beal's Lobster Pier on our first night there. The house is also a very short drive from the Bass Harbor lighthouse which is incredible. All of the furnishings,...
