"We had a really lovely experience staying at the Crowne Plaza Newark. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. But what really made our experience special was the people who work there. A very special thank you to Carlos, who was wonderful with the food service and as a dining manager. He was so welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience. Alba, who helped with breakfast, was absolutely lovely. Her warm smile, kindness and helpfulness made our mornings brighter and made us feel very welcome. We also want to recognize Johnny and Lesly, our shuttle drivers. Both were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. These four employees truly stood out to us, and we hope their management knows how much their kindness and excellent service are appreciated. People like Carlos, Alba, Johnny and Lesly are what turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. We would definitely be happy to come back!"

"Every day room service, great to get in a clean room. Enough towel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, evenings parking very lite up. Hotel is set in a very peaceful, restful area. My husband and I enjoyed our stayed in Hotel Troy."
