"The Generator hostel is across the road from the train station which was very convenient for us. Check in was slow as there we many people checking in at the same time, rooms are small but clean, bathroom is tiny but still useable. Breakfast was 9 euro, there are laundry facilities for 6 euro. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. For our 1 night stay this hostel is perfect "

"Ideal for staying for 1-2 nights; if sharing washrooms/showers bothers you then I wouldn't go here. Their cleanliness depends on who used them previously. Some locks to some bathrooms were broken. The room itself was alright and clean. We had some issues with our pillow cases but the staff was prompt in taking care of it when we pointed it out. Overall an okay stay."

"We had never stayed at a hostel before, but had a very positive experience. We did have to share the bathroom with 6 other people, but that is the nature of this type of facility. We were able to do our laundry there and enjoyed the room that we were able to stay in. "

"Rezeption nie besetzt. Checkin steht auf Webseite 17 Uhr, ich komme an. Der Rezeptionist kommt um 18 Uhr mit der Mitteilung dass checkin erst um 18 uhr ist. Dabei hing am Brett der Zettel ebenfalls mit 17 Uhr. Konnte ich eine Stunden warten. Dann war das eine WC von oben bis unten vollgebrochen oder fäkal verunreinigt für einen Tag. "The hostel location was really close to Buchenkamp U-Bahn station. ALDI supermarket was at the end of the road.
