"Buen servicio y limpieza"

"Even though it is at the airport, I was able to sleep through the night with no problems. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs or use white noise devices. The room I chose is perfect for one or two guests. You don't have to get out of the airport to get to it. Very convenient especially for late arrivals."

"La atencion de los jóvenes que trabajan en el hotel es excelente, esta es nuestra segunda estadia en menos de 3 meses y volvemos pronto. Muy recomendado"

"The property was well maintained and appointed nicely. Most staff members were polite, not particularly helpful or friendly. There was a lack of communication: no welcome email or text, no reminders about on-site events or activities. Lastly, there’s a cost for everything including late check out at $25 an hour. There were few courtesy requests that were honored. I probably wouldn’t stay again."

"Family owned business. Nice pool friendly staff and free parking."

"This property has amazing customer services. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. They have an indoor and outdoor bar, and they offer guest credits daily during the stay. The only issue is that this is a pet friendly hotel and some areas had a slight pet smell. Not a dirty or unclean smell, just a pet smell, but not loud and profound. I would pick it again though."

"Hotel pequeño pero tiene happy hour 5-7 limpio y personal Amable"

"I really liked the way the property looked like from the outside. The spinning fan was broken and there was no hand soap nor shampoo or conditioner provided. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Once you got your keys for check in, it was very independent and you were able to walk in and out as you pleased. When we first arrived, very minimal greetings/communication was said and it felt very awkward. It was located with many bar options outside and close the the University which...

"Newly remodeled, very clean and modern."

"Worth every penny! Amazing staff, great customer experience!!"

"Habitación limpia, personal muy amable"

"The staff were extremely nice and helpful . The hotel is on the older side and can use some upgrading !!!! The pool and swim up bar is cool . It’s ridiculous the time the pool closes especially considering how expensive the stay is !!! I purchased a drink from the inside bar it was $15 and taste like juice !!!! The drinks at the swim up were better . I hate the joining rooms my neighbors were so loud so late I couldn’t sleep the hotel staff did end up accommodating me and changing my room to a...

"Love this hotel. Will definitely come back. Only thing was the beds were not too comfy. Need a little bit more firmness. You do hear the planes taking off and coming in but u can’t see them but the noise was not a bother."

"Súper bien"

"Writing Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! We loved the convenient location, very close to the airport, beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The entire staff was attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help with all our needs. A special thank you to Isael who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of by assisting us in Spanish. We truly had a fantastic experience...
