"Sorry, I didn’t check my email before arriving at the Francis Boutique Hotel. We got there and called the property manager for access to our suite. Karina was very helpful in directing us to our suite and guiding us through the self checking. She even helped to take our baggage to our suite. We walked into the suite and were blown away! So beautiful and welcoming. Everything was there for our three nights stay, enough toiletries and bath supplies. This is a perfect place for young and old couples. I would highly recommend the Francis Boutique Hotel! "
