There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port. "Yazia was a great host. Our train from Milan was cancelled, which meant we were very late arriving and well outside of normal check in time. Nothing was too much trouble for Yazia who gave us a great welcome. The “hotel” was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, in a great location not far from the lake and with an abundance of restaurants on the door step. Would strongly recommend for a stop in Como June 2024"

"This property was unreal and completely redesigned 3 years ago. It’s such a well designed hotel with taste and fashion throughout. The modern funky design meets 1000 year old wooden beams and aged exposed brick. The view we had from our room over the piazza and looking at the church was stunning. The balcony was awesome to be on to watch the crowds below. The only issue was the A/C and lights shut off when you leave the room or are still for long enough for the A/C to kick off and the room turns...

"This villa accommodation is exceptionally good. Donatella welcomed us warmly and upgraded us to a lakeview room. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Great secure parking. Room super comfortable & large shower. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing. First time I was able to have eggs for weeks. Superb area. Loved it!!"
