Kitchen & Living Room: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, fridge, toaster, and a coffee machine. The living room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a CD player. The living room opens onto a private terrace with amazing views.

Check-In Information
Before your stay, you will receive links to complete your guest registration and pay the Barcelona tourist tax.
We will also send you instructions for accessing the apartment.
Please tell us your arrival time in advance, we need to schedule a check-in with our representative who will meet you and give you the key

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Please take out the trash before you leave.
Leave all keys inside the apartment and close the door. It will lock automatically.
No parties or events are allowed.
Please respect quiet hours.

10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
