Elevator did not work and we had to climb up 4 floors with our luggage, so it’s a good place for somebody who’s staying longer or pack light. Laundry is available and worked well. "Really beautiful property with some kinks to work out. The Hotel is around the main train station so it's not necessarily the most lively and best area to walk around. The property itself and the rooms are awesome. However, the pool only has about 10 chairs for 250+ rooms which is not fun and many guests are left tanning on a towel on the floor. As well, there were frequently issues with the elevators whereby we had to wait 5-10 mins for one. The property is also very transient as there is a restaurant on the 23rd floor and a rooftop bar that anyone can access. Regardless, the hotel and pool area are beautiful with great views of the city. I definitely would stay here again, you just have to know what you are getting in advance. The food at the breakfast is expensive, and very underwhelming compared to an intercontinental for example (both quality and offering). Again, the service is excellent. The staff are awesome there and really try to go above and beyond knowing there are some issues with the property such as the pool or elevator. I would return if I got a good deal, but I dont feel this is a true 5 star experience."
