She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over "

"Fabulous room nice and clean tidy, beautiful bathroom and the bed was so comfy it felt like sleeping on clouds! Towels provided are nice and large and enough provided. The staff are so friendly and welcoming always had a smile on their face, always said hello. Check-in was so easy and checkout also. The atmosphere in the evening at the hotel bar was fabulous and again staff are so friendly and attentive. Definitely will be staying again Thank you. "
