"Hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The rooms were pretty basic which was fine. It would have been helpful to have a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc. the bathroom should also have a towel rack. Breakfast was included with our stay and very nice. Our rooms had fans to provide air movement but it was still hot and stuffy in June. Overall I was satisfied with our stay. "

"Nice simple hotel close to 2 underground stations. Only that there are no lifts (if you are carrying heavy luggages) and no A/C (for summer stays). "

"The rooms and staff were great, and it is SO easy to get from Heathrows' Travellers Hub to Heathrow (just take the N9 bus--so easy and cheap!!!!). My only reservation about this hotel is that Hounslow is not a place that one necessarily wants to visit. But this hotel is a great place to go when you are trying to catch an early flight and have come from further away than London. The staff was absolutely incredible!!!!"

"I loved the old artistic decoration and flowers growing in backyard. The Pub served great food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and nice hospitality. What i did not realize I was too old for carrying my luggage on narrow steps; going out of room to bathroom or showering. I am done with college dorm lifestyle for my own safety of a possible fall downwards with my big feet on narrow steps. Sorry!"

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel for 2 nights. We had the family room which was great for travel with children as the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) were separate from eachother. The grounds were quaint and peaceful! A trip to remember. Another great convenience was the Albury village store being just side by side with the hotel for all our extra needs!
