"We absolutely loved our stay! Elizabethton is a lovely town and the view from the porch was gorgeous! Kenny and his wife were great hosts and very helpful with their recommendations about the area. Watching his cows graze in the fields was very relaxing, as well as the porch swing and the fireflies at night glittering in the woods. "A group of friends and I stayed at this property, it was very spacious for the 10 of us. The outside balcony had a breathtaking view at sunset and sunrise. The location was a bit tough to find, as we got lost using Google Maps but that's the price of booking an exclusive house. I would stay here again and recommend for future guests."

"From the sounds of the Watauga river rushing by to the darling baby geese and family we got to watch every day, this hidden gem was everything we hoped it would be and more. The host was very kind and super quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was a breeze! Everything was so clean and stocked with coffees, creamers, and sweet welcome gifts (loved the energy waters)! We will definitely be making plans to return!"

"Wonderful home, very well stocked and cleaned. Great water, pressure, hot water. The perfect location on the river we had so much fun playing in the river for 2 1/2 days. Close enough to town if you needed anything from the store. We got Walmart Delivery a couple times which was just as quick as when we’re at home In a bigger city. This was truly one of the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. We are truly hoping to come back Every year!"
