"No complaints here at all. The room was spacious, clean and well laid out with fridge, changeable clothes area, coffee and tea area and a nice bathroom. The hotel was nice and clean, I like the elevator security of requiring a room card. Gym was good and the staff at both the valet and the front desk were very nice and helpful. Location is good easy access to downtown area."

"My experience was so mixed. The hotel was finished nicely and in an area that was convenient for me. The bed was comfortable and the room was what I needed it to be. It was nice, but there was no place to put any clothes except 5 hangers in the closet and the night stand drawer. My issue was the unevenness of the staff and pretty dysfunctional operations apparently behind the scenes. My fire alarm battery died in the middle of the night and the guy at the front desk said I'd have to wait until engineering arrived at 8am to get a new battery. I ended up having to disengage the detector myself by standing on an unstable lounge chair. There was no follow through to replace anything the next day until I got back from meetings and asked for it again. And when I spoke to the manager after, she apologized but also didn't follow through on what she proposed as a response to the incident. I had to email after I traveled home to get things settled up. It ended up taking a lot of extra time and energy to stay there when I was busy enough with work stuff while there, so I probably wouldn't choose to stay there again. Shame because it was a pretty nice historic hotel."
