"The staff was very professional and friendly. I was early from airport. They could not arrange early check in but stored the luggage and moved in to my room before I came back later. The location is very near to democracy monument. There are number of buses around. Mcdonald is in 4 min walking distance. Also you have smaller food places in walkable distance. There is a 7/11 within 4 min walk. It does not have any lift but I was in 2nd floor so it was not bad. The room was small but was enough...

They helped us book our tours and recommended the best temples to visit and to either use tuk tuk, taxi or Grab (Asia Uber). The place is near clubs, lots of restaurants and shopping.
