"Bathroom was terrible mouldy tiles and cold shower. Pillow was as hard as a brick . We arrived at 10pm after long flight fridge was no plugged in so not cold . Property had a kettle and cups but no tea coffee or milk "

"Extremely basic hotel - it's more of a inn - nothing fancy. Only good for a night sleep and that's it. Wifi did not work, TV was spoiled. Free breakfast consists of a slice of bread and marmalade."

"This hotel is adequate, but far from the city center and impossible for a cab to get to. Eaxh night, I had to walk down dark alleys with scary barking dogs and then call the hotel to get them to open the back gate. Overall not a pleasant experience. The hotel also does not have an elevator in the building I was staying in. The front desk staff was outstanding, though. Pang took great care of me and made sure I was safe and comfortable. "
