"the Mandarin hotel managed by centre point was a perfect location. The hotel itself was wonderful, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. We were not happy with the view in our first room and the staff quickly had us transferred to a different room. That being said we didn't spend much time in the room as the hotel is close to all the attractions that Bangkok has to offer. The pool was a very welcoming respite after a long day. The cleaning staff were superb. One of the cleanest hotels hotel we have ever stayed at. The buffet breakfast option is great value and starts your day off well, it has a huge selection of dishes to choose from. would recommend this hotel for first timers to Bangkok as it is located within easy access to everything, 25 minute walk to Chinatown and the Golden Buddha is along the way. The hop on hop off bus stops right outside...."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Jojo went above and beyond to help open our safe since the last guest didn’t know to leave it open. He also helped us with our international SIM card and arrange taxi for us. The cafe served the best lattes in the morning with the buffet breakfast. The night bar served really good happy hour drinks for buy one get one. The restaurant had really delicious dishes. We ordered the grilled shrimp. Wonderful staff and clean bathrooms at the restaurant. This hotel was so close and affordable near the airport. We will be staying there again!"
