The rooms are beautifully appointed — spacious, elegant, and immaculately maintained. The service is impeccable, with staff always attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The breakfast spread is exceptional, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes. However, the only slight inconvenience was that the breakfast outlet is a bit far from the main building, which may not be ideal for some guests. Despite that, Shangri-La Bangkok delivers a world-class experience that exceeds expectations. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort with a touch of luxury."

"The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was really good. They had 2 restaurants but one was always busy. The Park restaurant was quieter but they both had the exact same food offered. "
