"This is an incredible hotel, stayed here twice and would stay here again. It has a very luxurious feel to it for a great cost. But the front desk staff is always problematic. The front desk check in isn’t smooth whatsoever, and sometimes the people can be quite rude as well. The other staff - restaurant, bellhops, etc. are great, so friendly, but the check in… ugh. "

The room was very nice & the balchony view was amazing!! The staff was what sold it for me. Very attentive. Kind & willing to go out of their way to help. "
