"They upgraded us and suggested late checkout as we had a late night flight out the following day. It was a wonderful stay!!! We did miss the little boat shuttle to the pier, but a nice shuttle van was provided. "

"This was a good hotel. The bed was very hard and they only give you two water bottle for free no matter how long you are staying. We ended up walking to the gas station nearby and bought a pack of waters. The shower was broken when arrived (rain shower portion shot water at the ceiling). They came up promptly to fix it but only patched it up. It still shot water at the ceiling but much less. enough went through the shower head for it to be useable. "Old and ageing property. Staff were very good. Breakfast was very good. Location was OK. They have a free ferry from the Hotel to Sathon Pier every 30 minutes. And they also have a free Tuktuk shuttle service to Asiatique Riverfront as well. Would I visit again? I don't think so."
