"Excellent stay!!!! Staff exceptional in customer service. Would definitely stay again! Amenities are excellent. Very modern and upscale, excellent city view with nice wide windows with automatic shades. Bidet on toilets, everything modern in room. Very nice buffet breakfast, beautiful infinity pool. Game room for children was awesome. I love the indoor jacuzzi with the city view, also have a steam room. The hotel is inside the mall and access to BTS/MRT. Very convenient. Close to everything also there has to be like 50 different restaurants inside the mall so eating options were abundant. Walking distance to park is 8-10 mins. Would definitely stay again! "

"We stayed at the Peninsula Bangkok just for one night after having attended a dance event over the weekend. The hotel offered a very special ambient, the inside was spacious like a castle and very beautiful and quiet. The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent.
