The apartment is equipped as follows: You enter the house and enter the living/dining room with access to a beautiful terrace. A separate, equipped kitchen is at your disposal. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds and a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed. The amenities include a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The apartment has a Wi-Fi internet access. Private parking is available directly in front of the apartment. The apartment is just a few steps from Bandol train station. A 25% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due one month before check-in and no later than two weeks before arrival, except for last-minute bookings. For each tenant over 18, the owner must pay the tourist tax. The amount is set by the Tourist Office. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can rent bed linen and towels for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed.
