"The cottage is lovely located. 25 minutes by foot to the town center and 15 minutes to the river Exe. Parking space direct available in front of the cottage. A small supermarket is nearby. The heating did work without any issues. A dining room is not available.Alison the host was also super quickly in her response if we had any questions. You have also second key to the cottage.We enjoyed our stay at the cottage."

"We didn’t have unrealistic expectations for a property under £200 a night in Devon over a bank holiday—but we did expect it to be clean and safe. It wasn’t. The living room had a large stained, filthy rug. The couch was also stained. Pillows smelled of body odour. Pans, bowls, mugs, and the fridge were dirty. The floor left our socks black. Large, secure garden/outside space so perfect if you are travelling with furry friends. 10/10 from us humans and our dogs, and we will definitely be planning another stay. "
