"Lovely place to stay. We actually added another 2 nights it was so relaxing. Elenor on reception was very helpful. Only criticism was the food in restaurant wasn’t up to much, staff didn’t know whose table ordered what. We were told not to start eating in case it was someone else’s! Total lack of staff, that’s my only complaint. Could never get through on the phone, just rang off the hook."

"Great stay, had a few issues to start with for the app and digital keycard but receptionists was lovely to help. Good size rooms with very comfortable bed. Loved the ghd straighteners and dyson hair dryer and best shower ever! "

"The hotel was quiet and the staff were super helpful; I had a bouquet of flowers I didnt know what to do with, they supplied a vase for me. Everything was in good condition and in full working order. Breakfast had a lot of options and was a hit with the children, especially the waffle station to make fresh, hot waffles! Staff were happy to replenish anything that had run out in the breakfast buffet. Location was a little far out of Oxford, but there were plenty of public transport options if you wanted to leave your car at the hotel. "

"The staff are excellent, so professional but also genuinely welcoming and helpful. Standards in the bathroom still lacking - loose toilet seat, shower gel missing, water pressure low. Clean room, comfortable bed, some nice work in the grounds. "

"The room was very clean and well-maintained as was the rest of the hotel even the stairway. Staff were very nice. Convenient location for us. We've stayed before so know the area. Good food options that are very near. We'd stay again."
