"Love this beautiful hotel, enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, and very convenient location."

"The family room was just the right size for our visit. It was compact, but good for a place to sleep. My toddler could reach all the switches and the tv, which made it a bit difficult to keep her away from. The staff were kind and generous during our visit by providing coloring sheets and cereal when they asked. Our room didn’t get serviced the first time it was requested, but eventually was the following day. Easy access to a Pizza Express and a Welcome Break which make it convenient when wanting to get something to eat and relax in the room for the evening. Easy parking. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent."

"Nice and well design hotel close to Blenheim Palace. Good bar and comfortable room. Unfortunately the bathroom although new, it was poorly finished with the floor tiles poorly grouted and loose and the shower floods. Disappointing work."

"Amazing and clean hotel, one of the best I’ve ever stayed. We traveled with 3 months old baby and it was perfect family weekend. We had the lake view room which was worth every penny. Highly recommend !"
