"Booked this many months in advance. Sent a message to the host on the morning of our arrival to let them me know we are on track to arrive, only then to receive a cancellation from him. We were stranded with no accommodation. Finally gound someting at double the cost. If we had cacelled on the day, we would have lost our refund as well. And now we incurred extra costs because of the short notice. There should be a cacellation policy which also benefits the purchaser. Really poor service from the...

"Nous avons passé un très beau moment dans ce lieu aux prestations vraiment au delà de nos attentes. Françoise est arrangeante et à notre écoute. Nous avons pu célébrer nos anniversaires avec mon conjoint et une quarantaine d'invités. Ceux qui sont restés pour la nuit et nous même avons profité de chambres très confortables, le tout dans un cadre très chouette, même par temps de pluie en ce début Décembre. "Lovely hotel right in the centre of Toulouse. Large rooms and good breakfast. Le Bouillon Capitol restaurant at the entrance to the hotel is amazing and very cheap with long queues so get there early. Train station is 15 minutes walk and the train to Carcassonne leaves every 30 minutes and takes 45 minutes. The Space museum is 45 minutes on the L8 bus which is 25 minutes walk from the hotel. The Airoscopia Airbus museum is 1 hour on the tram which is a 20 minute walk. Then gardens are worth visiting and Harry's walking tour of Toulouse is well worth booking on free tours. Toulouse felt safe and welcoming. "
