Find Hotels with Hot Tubs in Bai Chay

"On the Golden Halong website, it states the hotel has a spa, gym, tour desk, room service and bar. It has none of these. The staff speak minimal english, making it difficult to ask for advice on local attractions, restaurants or shopping. The location is terrible, no where near the marina that all the tour boats operate out of. Breakfast is geared towards Chinese and if you want hot food you need to get there at 0630 hours when it opens, however, you then need to contend with all the tour...

"New complex with a lot going for it. But it is open too soon. Finishes are below par, facilities not open - beach has no sand, although brochures show it as a feature 'close to beach' hence misleading, Spa not open. And the staff need some training and English language improvement. While they were incredibly attentive, it was quite annoying being asked every time they passed you "how is your stay with us, anything we can do" when all you want to do is relax."
