"New complex with a lot going for it. But it is open too soon. Finishes are below par, facilities not open - beach has no sand, although brochures show it as a feature 'close to beach' hence misleading, Spa not open. And the staff need some training and English language improvement. While they were incredibly attentive, it was quite annoying being asked every time they passed you "how is your stay with us, anything we can do" when all you want to do is relax."

Speak good English and impressed by their willingness and sincerity in helping guests solve problems. Check in speedy. We are very pleased with their great service which made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Breakfast buffet spread decent.
