They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not. "Stayed here many times as gives a reasonably priced option for Basel. Tram stop less than 5 mins walk away which takes you into central Basel in 10 mins. Hotel itself is fabulous. I’ll stay again. "

"Please make a note this hotel is in France and situated in an isolated location, there is no public transportation available. If you have plans for Basel, Switzerland, it's better to stay in Basel as you get a free travel card and a half-fare card for visiting any attractions. Otherwise, you might end up paying 80Euros for to and fro journey from the hotel to the basel station alone. "Mixed feelings about the stay. Never saw another soul no one ever around reception all done y electronic locks. Apartment was very modern and clean except for a dirty dish sponge been left to use for washing up! Unfortunately it smelt of drains so unpleasant. We arrived in snow and the apartment has under floor heating but felt cool all the time we were there and it wasn't adjustable. Had to use duvet's in spare room as well as the ones on the bed to ensure we were warm at night. "

"Quiet, comfortable apartment conveniently located. Access to all the sites in Basel are easily accessable, either on foot or using the trams stops just steps away. The apartment was spacious and included all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the in-suite laundry after being on the road for some time. Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. As eating out in Basel can quickly add up in cost, the kitchen and nearby grocery store were convenient....

"The hotel was clean and nicely kept. The area is suburban with some convenient chains close by and near the highway. There is no air conditioning, so in the summer it is uncomfortably hot. Otherwise a fine stopover location. "

"Wij gingen voor een lang weekend  hierheen.  Het is een prachtig ruim nieuw appartement. Stijlvol , mooi, minimalistisch ingericht met een ruim balkon.  Vanuit hier kun je zo de piste op, of mooie wandelingen maken. In de buurt is er niet echt een bakkerij, voor wat boodschappen moet je wel richting Todtnau zelf. Er zijn 2 kleine sauna's met relax ruimte met prachtig panorama uitzicht. De getoonde jacuzzi's op de site behoren tot bepaalde kamers en horen niet bij de saunaruimte. Er zijn wel wat...

"Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment-Hotel gewesen, weil es uns bereits beim ersten Mal ausgesprochen gut dort gefallen hat. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Rheinfelden, es fährt aber stündlich ein Bus direkt vor der Tür ab (außer am Wochenende, da fährt er nur 3x am Tag, aber Taxis sind erschwinglich). Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, hat hochmoderne Küchengeräte, und ist auch sonst sehr gemütlich. Gute Betten! Der einzige kleine...

"Great location - very easy to either walk or take a tram. The apartment was clean and in good nick. Kitchen had enough equipment and was clean. Although the websit said they would clean only once a week, the cleaners came everyday with new towels and tidyed up. The apartment we had faced the main road and as it was HOT, we were exposed to the noise of the street when the windows were open. Definitely a good place. "

"The property has a great location. Except no reception desk. Was not communicated to us that we needed to get keys from another location. Took more than 2 hours to be able to enter the apartment, standing in cold a rain. The kitchen modern but not really set up for cooking. 1 pot 1 Pan 2 forks 2 knives 3 spoons plates made for bread plate 2 , 2 small bowls,it is advertised for 2 persons, but amenities for only 2 comes short.
