"Booked and paid for a room through Expedia using Visa Debit. I arrived at the hotel to check in and was refused the room because I did not have a credit card for the deposit. I did not cancel and I was not a no-show. I was standing at the front desk trying to use the room I had already paid for. No accommodation was provided, yet the full $197 charge was still processed. The situation was handled dismissively and with no meaningful effort to find a solution. Very poor experience."

"Clean, friendly good breakfast"

"This is what appears to be a very new and modern Hampton Inn. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I learned that when we arrived that I had accidentally booked my stay to start a day later and I was very impressed with the staff person’s ability to quickly adapt and adjust for my error. "The room was spacious and parking was sufficient. Breakfast was good with great variety, but temperature control methods need to get better. Overall, I liked the property and will stay there again."

"Good"

"Die gemütlichste Unterkunft auf unserer Reise. Nur der Kühlschrank war so lait, dass wir ihn ausstecken mussten. Es gab auch einen Indoorpool, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Beim Einchecken bekamen wir eines der besten Chocolatechip-Cookies. Das Frühstück war perfekt organisiert, mit guter Eierspeise, Speck und Pancake-Maschine."

"Very old and smiles really bad the hotel needs to be completely renovated and the staff was very unfriendly and cold."

"We enjoyed our stay"

"AC is the best"

"If we had been aware that this property was under renovation we would not have booked it. Road repairs outside went on all night long with a lot of noise. My only positive remark is the staff was very pleasant."
