"My Uncle and I don't travel much & we drove pass the property twice before finding the driveway, not the hosts fault - its our lack of experience. But for 2x men who usually have our wives do everything for us, the instructions were easy & we settled in well after travelling to Auckland for the NZ Warriors vs Penrith Panthers match. Thank you"

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay, our group was made up of two families and the house worked perfectly with plenty of space for adults and kids and good facilities for self catering. The house was central to the city, zoo, museum, motat, shops, and other family activities. A short drive to the motorway but the house and neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. "We could not stay because the property is not the 2 bedroom home described, but just two unconnected rooms - one bedroom with en suite having to go outside to get to a lounge/ kitchenette with sofa beds (and another separate again bathroom) so probably not suitable for solo or twin older travelers. The process for canceling and complaining about the misrepresentation was unclear and extremely frustrating and no consideration appeared to be given to even a partial refund. "

"Recent build, modern apartment-style facility. Hurried clean missed rubbish in several rooms. Insufficient linen and towels for number of guests. Oven 'out-of-service'- long-term? Inadequate provision of kitchen utensils, dishes, for number of guests. Many minor disappointments- rating 5/10 - bit like the All Blacks v England! Room for improvement."

"The location and house is great but there were a few issues with the check in and what essentials were in the houseThe check in details that were email to me a few days prior were all wrong and half the codes were not able to be entered into the gate and there was a delay in getting in contact with the owner to get the correct code for the gate.The house was nice and comfortable, especially the beds, we love hard beds and it's near impossible to get them in hotels or places like this.
