6AM the workers on the new subway station start work, you want a sleep in go to an under pass it will be quetier

We stayed 3 days in balcony room. Extra large room with a couch, bonus. A chance to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. There were street works going on but couldn’t hear them at all inside. Everything was very clean, great bed, large bathroom, good wifi and blackout curtains. Staff friendly, chatty and helpful. I like the fact that it is a quiet place to stay and not having to walk forever to get to the room. Balcony rooms are $100 plus but it was exactly what we wanted. We will be staying there again. Getaway after COVID-19

The lobby and breakfast room were beautiful, spacious, with comfortable seating. The staff was very helpful, friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing I did not like was the miniscule room, more like a glorified closet, sold as a double room. Everything in it was bare bones, one chair, hardly enough space to turn around. This room had two twin beds, it would have been barely big enough for one twin bed. We had to put one suitcase into the bathroom. There was extensive construction in the area, the cab could only get within one block of the hotel. There is very limited dining in the area. But for the price it was a good deal.

The location was great and construction noise didnt bother me as i wake up early. The room was cleaned well but the first thing I saw when entering the room was a stained duvet which immediately makes it feel unclean. Even after saying its my first stay i wasnt told anything except the internet code, knowing where the elevators are and what time food is available would have been good. All staff i encountered were very friendly.

Great location. Ideal if visiting Auckland for a show at Civic or Town Hall. Budget accommodation but the balcony & corporate rooms were comfortable and had plenty of room.
