"Amazing hotel with excellent food, drinks and views. Had a room with the hot tub on the terrace and I was using this a lot during my two day stay. One word of caution if you come by train and with luggage: the slopes are very steep so I suggest to use a taxi which will set you back around 1250 JPY."

"Great property and the employees are very nice and helpful. Buffet could benefit from a little bit more variety, like changing the menus every other days. Stayed 4 nights but the buffet was proposing the same items every days. Breakfast was very good. Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Thank you."

"結婚記念での利用。 スタンダード（スーペリア）利用であったが、快適に過ごすことができた。部屋に露天風呂がある快適さをしみじみと味わうことができた。客室が多くないので利用人数もそれほど多くないため、全然混雑した感じは無く、大浴場もゆったりと利用することができた。 食事は、どれも品が良く美味しかったが、若干ボリュームに欠けるのが少し残念。 客人数に対して、スタッフの人数が多く、細部まで行き届いたサービスを目指しているのだなと感じた。"
