"When we arrived, we found out the hotel had electricity issues so they managed to transport us to a nearby sister hotel which was ok for one night stay. We had to catch our flight to US in the morning. The staff for both hotels were super helpful. Overall a great experience although there was a hiccup at the begining."

"My stay was very short. It was for a one-night stopover between London and Singapore. It was close the IST airport so it was very convenient. The check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The desk staff were very friendly. Had dinner in the restaurant and the selection was very good and it tasted great. The staff were excellent. Recommended."
