"A uniquely designed property within 4 minutes walk to Alum Chine beach, great location and amazing views from the balacony! The hosts were great with communication and got back to us quickly. A couple of bits on the page aren't correct. There is no on-site parking (as stated on the page) and when I queried was told there is plenty of street parking, but during our stay (late August) we found it difficult to get parking in the street and with our disabled child this was quiet inconvenience....

"Modern clean apartment. Fine for just two of us but could be cramped for four. There is very little storage space in the bedrooms and the second bedroom is very small with a double bed. Adequately equipped but missing egg cups, coffee maker/percolator /tea pot/jug/ bread bin and knife and only one chopping board. Tea, coffee and sugar provided on arrival plus washing, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid and liquid soap. All very useful for new arrivals thanks. We had a problem with the...

"Property was in excellent location, very secure building and parking. Accommodation was modern, very comfortable and clean, couldnt find fault. Only downside, which i get is toatally not the owners fault, was when we came downstairs to go out of the main entrance there was quite a lot of litter and takeaway containers."

"The property was perfect for my visit to Poole for my Mum's funeral. My sister lives 10 minutes from the location and the little apartment was exactly what I needed to spend time with her but also have a place to retreat to by myself. I will definitely plan to stay here again when I visit my sister in the future. Thanks for everything."

"Small, clean apartment, very handy for the harbour and old town. Well equipped. Not the best view from the balcony but can't have everything. Good communication from the host. First time on vrbo and can't fault them"

"We had a wonderful check in service and the rooms (one being a cottage) was lovely. Parking is tight in the car park and the bathrooms are clean but a bit dated but the staff are fabulous and the views and setting are wonderful! "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to us. My husband is disabled and a wheelchair user - the only minor thing was the access to the bathroom with a wide doorway was perfect, unfortunately this means a large door swinging into the bathroom making wheelchair movement difficult. Perhaps a sliding door should be installed "
