No user manual and tv did not work. Wifi very week so had to go outside to connect. Shower waist broken and clogged so the base filled and overflowed with water into cabin. "We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. "The whole process from booking to checking in and out was smooth, great communication from the host. The home has absolutely everything you need and more. Clear instructions on everything. The only negative aspect from my wife and I was with regards to the master bed it wasnt very comfortable and having a bad back it didn't help. That being said everyone is different when it comes to beds so what's good for me won't be the same for everyone. All in all a great stay the home was even better...

"We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. We were attending the New Wine festival at Shepton Mallet so needed somewhere to sleep! We didn't use many of the facilities as we literally got up & left for the day but there were plenty of facilities available! We slept like babies in the comfy bed! Lesley was a very helpful hostess & communicated often. She's even posting me back an item of clothing we left behind! The accommodation was comfortable, there was parking available too!
