"Feels like home"

"The room was spacious and clean. Location was great, 10-15 min walk to Japan's biggest Kura, Senso-ji temple and Nakamise Dori street market. If you want to buy souvneirs, Don Quijote is around that area. The only issue I had was that the dryer did not function too well, my clothes were only half dry and some had a weird smell afterward. I would go back and stay there next time. I love the 4 queen sized beds."

"Great space for 4 nights in Tokyo. While it is not directly near a train station and therefore requires a bit more walking, we are a young active family and it was not an issue. Perhaps for others needing to be closer to transportation, it might be. The up side was a lovely, quiet and very clean neighbourhood and less touristy. Have booked the same company in Kyoto. "Great location, close to Ueno Station for exploring Tokyo. A short walk to Ueno Park, museums and other cultural attractions. Staff were friendly and everything was kept very clean. "

"Great stay at Calm Asakusa. Best things about property was the location, so close to Asakusa station and other sights including restaurants, shopping and of course Kaminarimon Gate & Sensoji Temple. The property itself was very clean & quiet. Having a washing machine was very handy. Bathroom had all the bells and whistles and water temperature & pressure were excellent. We were staying there as a family of four with two kids and found it quite tight as the day bed could really only fit one...

"Very good experience with this short term appartement rental. We felt like part of the Tokyo community with little to no other tourists beside us. The location was perfect for transport being right next to a subway station. About 7min walk (station has a direct line to the NRT airport). There were plenty of local restaurants near by and if you want many choices in on place you can head to the mall under the sky tree (more expensive and might have line ups). We received all the information needed...

"Hotel was very hard to find. The cab driver circled for about 10 mins before finding it. Check in directions were unclear. Thankfully we had someone who spoke japanese willing to call the hotel and translate "

"The only thing I need to point out is that the rooms are very small for 5 people. No room for luggage. Perfect for 3 people max 2 adults 2 small children. Also, needs bit more cleaning. "

"This was a great location on minutes from the train station. Easy walk to Skytree. Responses to all questions were quickly answered. Lots of convenience stores, places to eat and even a neighborhood post office was a short distance (if you want to mail postcards. Washing machine, dishes, microwave and the basic necessities were available which was a big help. Quite location which was pleasant after being out all day. "
