"Our stay was excellent in the 4dbl bunk bed standard family room with private kitchen except minor hiccup with the washer and dryer as it was not working when we checked in. Although hostess fixed it right away. The rooms and amenities were perfect, spacious for a family of 4 with teenagers. Our stay would have been 100% perfect if the mattresses were softer. They are too firm, when doing a lot of walking you want to rest on a soft mattress to rest your body not a firm one but everyone is different I guess with their preferences in how firm they like their mattress to be. Other than that we would go back. Shops and restaurants are walking distance some popular tourist sites are only a few minutes away by taxi."
