"I have stayed at the Rand many times, previously called the Coral. Solid common spaces, rooms on par for pricing and breakfast is adequate for a hotel of these level. The only disappointment over the years has been the garbage smell in the lower level pool and gym area. Needs to be better vented as it is a serious negative."
