"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"Spotless. Cleanest hotel ever. Amazing service, quiet location. We loved our room. We already booked a deluxe room but received a further upgrade on arrival. We felt like we had the resort to ourselves. Poolside restaurants were great. The staff was amazing. The pool is fantastic. Just a few suggestions for improvement to earn 5 stars: 1).
