"It was great, beautiful hotel"

"Loved the fact that it’s a relatively small hotel. Staff always very friendly and helpful. The pool area was so clean & tidy and never too busy. No problems finding a lounger at any time of the day. Breakfast buffet was perfect, not too overwhelming but included everything you could want. The shower screen in the bathroom failed every time, leading to flooded bathroom every day. I noted this was mentioned in many reviews so I wonder why nothing has been done to improve it? Shame about outside drinks & snacks not being allowed in the rooms. It’s always nice to bring in an ‘inexpensive’ drink to have o. The balcony in the evening. Could still do it but just had to drink it out of a mug!!! Haha. Highly recommend hiring a car and exploring all the local beaches, ample free parking at the hotel. All round perfect stay, thank you "

"This hotel is exceptional! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cervo hotel. This hotel has it all! amazing views, great restaurants, secluded beach, and breakfast. Their staff is genuinely nice and accommodating. I want to thank Luigi from the concierge desk for the tour recommendations and arranging our car rental. Antonella from the breakfast restaurant prepared for me a homemade tea when I told her I was not feeling well. All these details make this hotel a unique one. If you want to have an unforgettable experience in Porto Cervo, you should stay at the Cervo hotel! "

"Excellent, spacious apt with all amenities and excellent view of the sea. Very quiet and safe. Free parking on site . A lot of steps up and down stairs depending of parking place and apt location. Otherwise great place to stay in Porto CERVO. Three minutes by car from all attractions, restaurants, markets and shopping. Amazing and helpful hotel staff. "

"The complex is huge, nice surroundings, pool, close to the beach. It was quiet. We were given upgrade with sea view, very well equipped kitchenette. Receptionist didn't speak English, only very basic, nothing was explain to us (breakfast, WiFi) just took us to the room. Bed and mattress were old and not comfy. Rooms would need some TLC. "
