"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

Olbia airport and other towns of Costa Smeralda like Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo are less than 30 minutes by drive. Property is located 10 minutes by walk from Porto Rotondo Marina and free parking outside the property on the street was available during our stay (before 1 June). "Firstly this is not a negative review. Great hotel fantastic staff in a superb location. The hotel itself however could use some updating. A little outdated and definitely could use some paint/new furniture. If that was done would transform this hotel. I am planning another trip to Sardinia and will definitely stay in this hotel again."
