"Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk wasn’t overly friendly or helpful, but seemed accommodating to Italian speaking guests. Ran after me down the street questioning if I paid. Clearly paid on line otherwise they wouldn’t have had my reservation. Who does that?"

The staff didn't speak English but I personally dont expect this of a hotel abroad. The staff were accommodating and with the help of google translate we had a great stay. The location was great for us. Quiet, with a local store with necessities 5mins walk away. Train station a 20min walk away which we managed easily as it was flat. "Unfortunately this hotel was not for us. When we arrived we had to enter through an underground garage. The rooms were dated and we had ants in the bathroom. There are two sides to this hotel the wedding and party venue which looks very nice ...and the annex that we were put in. We moved the next morning. The hotel were understanding as we were meant to be there for a week, Expedia were excellent mediators."
